Education Program Terms
1. Introduction
These Education Program Terms describe the conditions under which educational organizations may receive free access to the ComplexQA platform. The program is designed to support training and education in software testing. By participating in the ComplexQA Education Program, the organization agrees to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The Education Program is available to:
- online testing schools and bootcamps
- educational platforms offering QA courses
- training centers
- universities and academic programs
The program is intended only for educational use. ComplexQA reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
3. Educational Access
Approved organizations may receive access to the ComplexQA platform for use in training programs. Educational access may include:
- projects for training purposes
- student accounts
- test cases and test runs
- reporting features
- instructor access
Access is provided free of charge for educational use.
4. Permitted Use
Educational accounts may be used for:
- teaching software testing
- student practice
- course assignments
- demonstrations and workshops
The platform must not be used within the Education Program for:
- commercial QA services
- external client projects
- reselling access to the platform
- activities unrelated to education
5. Fair Use
To maintain the sustainability of the program, organizations agree to reasonable and fair use of the platform. ComplexQA may apply limits if usage significantly exceeds typical educational needs or impacts service stability.
6. Program Changes
ComplexQA may modify or discontinue the Education Program at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
7. Account Management
Each participating organization is responsible for managing its student and instructor accounts. Organizations must ensure that platform access is used only by participants of their educational program.
8. Termination
ComplexQA may suspend or terminate educational access if:
- these terms are violated
- the platform is used for commercial purposes within the program
- access is abused or shared improperly
9. Relationship to Other Policies
Use of the ComplexQA platform under the Education Program is also subject to the general:
