How the migration works
Export data from your current TMS
A standard export works: CSV/XML from TestRail, or an export from Qase, Test IT, or DoQA. Can't find the export? Message us - we'll walk you through it for your system.
Import into Complex QA
Upload the file - we map the structure automatically: suites become suites, cases with steps become cases with steps, priorities and statuses match against a mapping table. Before applying, you get a preview of what lands where.
Review and get to work
Invite the team and schedule your first run. From export to the first run in the new home, it usually takes one evening.

Honestly: what to know before you move
We believe expectations should match reality, so plainly:
- We don't have Jira and CI/CD integrations yet - they're on the roadmap, and users vote on the order. If your process is hard-wired to a TMS↔Jira link, it may be too early for you. Subscribe to updates - we'll ping you when it ships.
- Automated test execution isn't available yet - today Complex QA covers manual testing. No-code automation with Playwright export is on the roadmap.

Questions and answers
Will my data be stuck with you forever?
No. A full export of your test base is available at any moment - we retain teams with product quality, not with the impossibility of leaving.
How much does migration cost?
Import is always free. The "done for you" transfer by our team is free until the beta ends.
What happens to pricing after the beta?
Pricing is already published on the website. Teams that join during the beta lock in a discounted price forever - that's a public promise.
We use a homegrown TMS / Excel / Notion. Can you help?
Yes. Spreadsheets import via CSV; for homegrown tools, send us a sample export and we'll look at it together.
How reliable are you, really? You're small.
We're a small team - which is exactly why we publish everything: uptime, known bugs, plans, changes. Judge us by open data, not promises.
Is there a self-hosted version?
